Request for Proposals: Regional Laboratory Project – Phase I (Feasibility and Planning)

LEEP is inviting proposals from qualified consultants, firms, academic institutions, or consortia to design and plan the establishment of two regional laboratories in Sub-Saharan Africa to support lead paint testing and enforcement.

The Phase I project will assess laboratory capacity across the region, evaluate the feasibility of cross-border testing arrangements, and develop a detailed, sustainable implementation model for two regional hubs. The project will build the foundation for Phase II, in which the selected laboratories will be strengthened to serve multiple countries lacking in-country testing capacity.
